Dear Little Ms. Christensen:
I hereby issue a 10 day notice for EVICTION. You will have 10 days in which you can either gather your belongings and promptly vacate the premises, or wait until the final day, after which, you will be physically removed from the property.
You are being evicted due to breech of contract and destruction of property. Expansions only to the FRONT of the house, within reasonable limits, were discussed. Not only have these limits been exceeded, but additions to the back of the house were also made!
Remodeling and gutting of the home was never approved, nor was changing the initial layout and base structure. And due to property damage, there are now leaks in both the upper AND lower levels of the home. On top of which, the landlord has received numerous complaints about nightly disturbances.
After 10 days from this day that you don't comply with the notice will result in immediate and forceful removal at my discretion.
Thank you for your cooperation.
Love,
Mommy

You have a great sense of humor, Holly. :) I hope all will go well with your delivery.
This might make you smile- Maxx is about the same age as your Kenners. He LOVES to disassemble everything in his path. His older sister (6 years old) went for a couple of days with her grandma. When she came home and walked in the front door, it looked like a tornado had swept through. She said, "Wow! What happened in here?" Her dad looked at her and said, "Your BROTHER happened in here." That made me laugh!
If Kenners and Maxx are going to "get together" when they are older, one of them will have to help the other keep the house nice and tidy...?...
Love and respect, always. Cheryl
Haha! Yeah, Kenners is equally destructive so I'll have to redirect her energy to a more constructive path so she and Maxx don't equal double trouble! :)
