I have the weekend off of work = happiness.
Garrett is out of state for the weekend while I have these days off = not-so-much-happiness.
I'm pretty fortunate to have a husband who doesn't have to travel often.
I'm even more fortunate that when my husband does travel, it's not for months or years at a time.
I'm really, really blessed.
That being said, I kind of wish my husband were home for the weekend, and judging by what I found on the table the other night when I came home from work, I think he knew I'd miss him:
Coming from a husband who is not the flower-giving type,
I was pretty excited;
and now I can see why women like getting flowers from their husbands. :)
