The Little Things

My sweet mother-in-law gave me this cute necklace for my birthday this year.

Underneath this little butterfly pendant is another one that reads,

"Enjoy the little things, for one day you may look back and realize they were the big things."

I love my necklace.

And I love its message. 

Even on a morning like today when I've been up since 4am with a crying, teething child, 

I am learning to recognize all the "little things" that are such big blessings in my life.

Wouldn't change my rare snuggle time with Kenners for anything in the world, even if it is far before the sun rises.....
