This is only a fraction of what I brought home the other day after scavenging the gardens and greenhouses of my mom, Aunt Carol, and Grannie.
I brought home: 3 varieties of lettuce, kale, broccoli, cauliflower, swiss chard, rainbow chard, sugar snap peas, baby carrots, tomatoes, onions, zucchini, peppers, celery, and basil.
We have been eating veggies in every way possible and my husband thinks he has died and gone to heaven. Something about those Oberg women is that their produce is far tastier than any other I've eaten. Someday I hope I can master this green thumb business because in less than a week we have just about consumed all that food!
