Adventures in Babysitting

I'm babysitting my incredibly cool nieces and nephews tonight while my sister and her husband go live it up at a Purdue vs. Minnesota basketball game.  Oh, and they have floor seats and get free food and stuff.  I'm DVR-ing (pretty sure that's a word) the game because they'll probably be on TV and I wouldn't want to miss Ryan's reaction when the star player falls into his lap after getting fouled.  Katie may be Ryan's first love, but Purdue is a close close second.
After setting the DVR, I made the kids Mickey Mouse shaped chicken nuggets (I'm not going to keep my "favorite aunt" status by feeding them broccoli, people.)  While we (they, I mean they...) munched on chicken nuggets, the conversation turned to, what else, traffic laws.
Caden said that when an ambulance comes, you have to pull over and get out of the way.
Brandon asked what would happen if you didn't pull over.
I said that the police would send bears to come eat you.
Caden said, "Yeah, right.  You'll just get a ticket or something."
Smarty pants.
Then Brandon said you can't drive over the speed limit or you'll get a ticket.
And then Caden (who is 6 years old, by the way) chimed in:
"Well, actually, you can go a little faster without getting in trouble.  Like you can go 5 miles over and still be okay.  But you can't go much faster than that.  Right?"
Basically, this is the best entertainment I've had all week.  Maybe all month.
