This is Linda Grace Cox:
She was my Young Women's teacher in church when I was 13 years old (Beehives! for those of you who know...). And she is one of my heroes.
She is currently the Young Women's President. She is a great counselor for those going through depression and trials. She has a wealth of knowledge about health and eating right. She is the sweetest, most positive person you'll ever meet and has one of the strongest testimonies of Jesus Christ that I've ever seen. Oh, and she has eight kids.
But she isn't my hero because she is a supermom.
She is my hero because on top of being a super woman, she has lived with MS (Multiple Sclerosis) for 15 years. She has had to use a walker to get around for years now. She has used numerous treatments to battle her MS through the years. And she still gets up in the morning and takes care of her family. And you know, I've never heard her complain about her trial.
Not once.
She is truly an inspiring example of how to remain optimistic and hopeful through life's toughest storms.
Here is a link to her blogsite, where she not only shares her battle with MS, but also offers enlightenment about parenting, health, nutrition, and personal development.
Check it out. :)
