Alas, our poor Kenadie has been crying pretty much non-stop for four days. She's always been fussy and gassy in the evenings, but this week her fussiness and crying have escalated into an all-day major cry-fest. The poor thing has only been able to sleep for about 15 minutes at a time during the day before waking up crying. Last night she finally slept for 1-2 hours at a time, but the poor thing was whimpering in her sleep nearly the whole time. :(
Finally, at 9:30 this morning, this is what happened:
Relief!Her poor little body finally crashed for a good 2 1/2 hours. Unfortunately she woke up crying in pain and now we're back to square one, but the few silent hours were MUSIC to my ears (and a lot easier on my heart. I hate seeing her in pain!). So now we're going to try giving her gas drops and adjusting my diet to see if something I'm eating is upsetting her (and this diet thing stinks. I've never had to be on a diet!). So I will raise a glass of my non-dairy rice milk and toast to a better, more restful night for Kenadie. Cheers!

Krieg and Kenadie - how cute would that be! Holly I miss so much, I hate that we were only in the same state of mind, place and America for like barely two years. I hate when your baby is crying and there is simply nothing you can do but keep holding and rocking them. Good luck, your pictures are so cute, even the crying face. mi amor
Good luck Holly! Sarah and Ken went through the same thing with Ella. It turned out that she was allergic to corn! I'm sure you'll figure it out! Love ya!
Oh Holly!! My heart goes out to you!! Just wondering if she has had an adjustment yet. It may help, I believe in them for babies big time!! Maile and Kanani were adjusted at 2 days old! :) Love you!!!!!!!
