More bald heads and a cookie decorating party....

Garrett and I went over to Katie and Ryan's the other night, and the first thing that Brandon said when Garrett walked through the door is, "I want to shave my head like Garrett's!" So later that evening while Katie was at the Young Women's mid-week activity, Ryan and Garrett gave Brandon a nice short buzz while I witnessed the mayhem and documented it with my phone camera. Caden had been hesitant about buzzing his head, but after seeing Brandon, he decided that he wanted to have a bald head as well. These little guys just love their uncle! Once again, this is for you, Hanna Banana:

Before buzzing off all of Caden's hair, Garrett had some fun and gave him a mowhawk. Caden thought it was so cool and asked if he could keep it that way. We had to tell him no because his mother would have a heart attack. But we made sure to get some proof of how cool and menacing he looks with a mowhawk.

Sweet Kylee felt left out of all the evening fun. At one point when we were taking pictures of the boys, she asked if she could shave her head because "I'm a boy, too!" Poor girl! Instead, I just had her pose for a cute picture and told her she's a very pretty girl.

I had been promising Katie's kids for a few weeks that I would have them over to my place for a cookie decorating party. So on Thursday I finally delivered on my promise and had them come decorate their own sugar cookies with all different colors of frosting and sprinkles. They had a blast! Of course Kylee went crazy with the sprinkles, Brandon spent more time eating frosting than actual decorating, and Caden couldn't wait to eat his meticulously decorated cookies! What fun kids! Afterwards, Katie and I made some buffalo chicken pizza (very delish!) and watched American Idol. I love living close to my sister!
