After looking through blog sites of other family and friends, I have decided that it's time we start a blog, too! I'm sure this blog won't be all that exciting until we have cute pictures of our own kids to post up, but for now we just want to keep in touch with everyone and let you all know what is going on with us. After Garrett and I got married last August, we moved to Houston, TX for Garrett to attend Chiropractic school while I am work full time as a nurse at MD Anderson Cancer Center. My job is really challenging as it involves treating patients with all the newest cancer treatments out there. It seems like every month I get a patient that is having some new form of treatment that has never been tried before, so it's pretty intimidating but an interesting process. Garrett has three years left in school and is working as an assistant in a Chiropractic office in southeast Houston where he is learning all that he wants do (and doesn't want to) do for his future practice someday. Texas has been a big change and we are still adjusting to the south, but we are loving life and excited to see where it takes us!
